1:1 Therapeutic Creative Practice Sessions
When Group Space Isn’t Enough
These one-on-one sessions are for women navigating chronic illness, especially rare or misunderstood conditions, that have reshaped identity, relationships, work, and the meaning of wellbeing.
Sometimes a group workshop is supportive. But sometimes you need something slower, more contained, and built around your nervous system, not a group calendar.
This is that space.
The Structure
We begin with a 30-minute intake conversation. We slow down and listen for what’s asking for attention: grief, anger, dismissal, exhaustion, uncertainty or the quiet emergence of a new self.
From there, we move into three 60-minute creative practice sessions on Zoom.
Each session includes:
A check-in to help you settle and arrive
A guided expressive arts practice tailored to you
A grounded check-out before you return to your day
We’ll close the series with a 30‑minute gallery-style reflection, where we look back at what you’ve created as a whole and next steps for sustaining your creative practice. This is about witnessing your process, noticing how you spoke the unspeakable, grieved, rebuilt, and created meaning to find your own crooked path.
What You Receive
After our intake session, you’ll receive:
A personalized creative arc plan
A simple, accessible material suggestion list for each session
Clear structure for our time together
You provide your own materials based on your energy, budget, and body. No art experience required.
The focus is the process of making and what that process reveals.
This Work Is For Women Who Want To:
Reclaim a voice for hard truths
Grieve without a timeline
Regulate a nervous system stretched thin
Rebuild identity after illness
Find validation in their own experience
Feel witnessed without being fixed
Healing here is nonlinear. We create space for expression, reflection, and becoming.
